These tickets will be awarded to young female soccer players across Nova Scotia who embody the values that define Jessie’s career: leadership, tenacity, discipline, sportsmanship, and humility.
The goal: To give girls—who may not otherwise have the opportunity—a chance to experience professional women’s soccer up close.

UDFC Programs and Registration Status
Current Mini Program Status: Unfortunately, our traditional mini programs on CH High, Dartmouth High, Seaside and Portland Estates have closed for the year. We sincerely appreciate all the families who have shown interest in our programming but we are full. The only exceptions to this would be a player who comes with a parent coach. If you are interested in coaching, please reach out to taylorp@udfc.ca and she will see if there is a coach needed in the program where your player wants to play.
Quiet Soccer: Join United DFC’s Quiet Soccer Program, specially tailored for 5-12 year-olds who may find the busy traditional mini soccer setting overwhelming. Our program offers a quieter field and less crowded environment, ensuring a comfortable space for your child to actively participate in soccer. This session is once a week. This program is ideal for families with children who may have challenges (neurodivergent, very shy, anxiety, etc) who do not enjoy the bustle of a busy soccer field. The Quiet Soccer Program is the only program on the field so there are considerably less distractions and much more support.
Exciting New Opportunity: We're pleased to announce that registration is now open for a brand new mini program in North Preston! This 8-week program for ages 2-12 will be launching in North Preston starting in July, running on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please visit our website for more information. All are welcome to join.
Summer Camps Available: Don't forget that we also have summer camps available! These programs offer another great opportunity for youth ages 6-12 to stay active and engaged during the summer months. These camps are fun but are filling up quickly. Please sign up today.
Teen KickAround/ Safe Space: Our Teen Kick Around program is for anyone U12 and older who wants to play soccer with friends on Friday evenings in Cole Harbour. United DFC Soccer introduces a unique program designed for teenagers to come together and enjoy soccer with friends, fostering inclusivity regardless of gender, experience, or skill level. It is also a good place to make new friends. Whether a seasoned player or new to soccer, everyone is invited to join in this inclusive and gender-neutral environment. It is just a kick around supervised by staff. There is no instruction or formal coaching.
Youth Teams & Skills Center- At this time, all of our youth teams (U12-U18) and Skill center teams (U7-U11) are full.
Adult Soccer: Our Womens and Mens Beginner Kick Around programs are still open for registration. Both programs are VERY fun and welcoming to all levels.
Thank You Thank you for your continued interest and support of United DFC programs. We're excited about these new opportunities and look forward to serving our community in innovative ways.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
